How much does Living Faith cost?
Subscription costs per year are as follows for customers living in Australia:
Adult Pocket Size: A$16 (A$4 per book)
Adult Large Size: A$32 (A$8 per book)
Kids Pocket Size: A$16 (A$4 per book)
All prices are in Australian dollars. Please contact us if you would like to place an order of 20 or more books as bulk rates are available. These prices differ for overseas customers - this is due to the higher cost of postage. Contact us for overseas rates.
How many issues are there in a year?
There are four issues per year, each containing three months of passages. Each quarterly subscription comes out in January, April, July and October.
Can I order the books advertised in Living Faith?
No, unfortunately as there are few customers in Australia who order these books, the cost of importing them would be too high. If you are looking for a good Catholic bookseller we recommend Pauline Books and Media. They have stores in Sydney (02 9264 8630), Melbourne (03 9882 3424) and Adelaide (08 8223 2735), and also post orders Australia wide. Go to their website by clicking here.
What happens when my subscription expires?
You will receive an invoice to let you know when your subscription is going to expire. For example, if your subscription is due to expire on 30-December-2016 then you will receive an invoice with the October 2016 book. This invoice will give you a chance to let us know if you would like to change the order, renew or end the subscription. We very much appreciate it when customers notify us when they would like to end a subscription - this can be done via email, phone or fax.
Why has my invoice arrived three months early?
We started sending invoices three months early during 2011 as customers previously had been receiving the invoice after it had expired. This meant they did not get a chance to change their order or notify us of their intentions until after the invoice had already been sent. To make the whole renewing processes easier we decided to send invoices ahead and extend the time given to pay.
Why have I stopped receiving my subscription?
It is most likely that your subscription has either expired, been cancelled, has a wrong address or has become lost in the post. Please ring, fax or email us and so that we can restart your subscription. If you have made a payment and we haven't processed it, we would like to fix this immediately.
How do I pay?
We accept direct deposit payment, cheque or money order. Please contact us for further details. Unfortunately, we do not have credit card facilities and we also do not recommend sending cash in the post.
I received a note saying that overseas invoices will now come in April, what does that mean?
We have a small number of overseas customers and which means it is better if they are all invoiced together. For any order that contains one or more books that go overseas, invoices will arrive in April but cover the same period as before. For example, if you previously had an October account then the invoice will still cover a year starting from October. Please let us know if you would like to line your account up with the April quarter.
