I am still waiting for the January books to arrive. Apparently shipping timetables in the Pacific were disrupted by the super typhoon at the start of the month.
I do not expect the books to be posted till after the Christmas break.

December 2012 January Mail Out
The books have only just arrived from America (Thursday 14th December)
Because of the Christmas break (our office is closed from the 22nd December to 30th December) not all of the books may sent out before Christmas.
A mail out usually takes 2 weeks to complete.
We will try our best.

July Mailout 2012
As of 21/6/12 all the books have been posted. Overseas books were sent out first due to the longer postage time.
If you think you should have received an order and have not, please let us know. We will work out what happened and fix it for you.

January Delivery Update #2
All of the Living Faith orders for January have been sent out. The Living Faith office will be closed over the Christmas period and we will be reopening on the 3rd of January. If you have any inquiries please leave a message on our answering machine or send us an email - we will get back to you in the new year.

January Delivery Update #1
We have received the latest shipment of books today, ready to post for January. This is quite early so we expect all local customers (within Australia) will be receive their orders by the 1st of January. If you do not receive your order by this time please give us a call or send us an email.

International orders have been packaged today and we are sending them all out tomorrow. These are our priority as it may take some time for these orders to arrive.

October Delivery Update #2
All of the books for the October Quarter 2011 were sent out by the 24th of September. This means that within Australia all books are expected to arrive within the next week. If you have not received your order by the 3rd of October (1 working week), please contact us by phone, email or letter and we will work out why you did not receive it and we will make sure that you get your order.
For International Orders, as mentioned in Update #1, these were sent out first, from the 19th - 20th of September. These do take longer to arrive so we cannot guarantee that they will arrive by the 3rd of October. If you are unsure of your order or think it is taking too long, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We have received the latest shipment of books, ready to post for October. We are aiming to get them delievered to customers by October 1st this quarter, however we are working within a tight time frame.
The overseas books are being sent out today. We have sent these out first as International postage takes longer. Given how long postage takes on these, they still may not arrive on time.
Over the course of this week we will be sending out all other orders. If you have a January account and order a single adult book then we will be including an invoice. We are sending these out early to give you a chance to change your order. If you have a January account but your order is not for a single adult book, then we will send out the invoice around November/early December.

All other orders are currently being processed/packaged. Overseas orders have been prioritised due to the length delivery time.
